I definitely recommend it
Being part of the Peer Support groups helps me get out and about more to different places. It broadens my days and keeps me active with others.For me, the walking groups, and the music programme play a big part in helping me stay well. All of us at Peer Support have difficulties, and we are at different places in our lives but that doesn’t stop us from being able to chat about our conditions. These conversations and interactions help me feel like I’m not the only one going through this.
