Difficult feelings

If you have lots on your mind or things get a bit overwhelming, you might start to feel:

  • frustrated
  • tired
  • weak
  • unhappy
  • drained

You might also notice some changes in your behaviour, like:

  • a lack of motivation
  • negative or intrusive thoughts
  • sleeping more
  • sleeping less
  • not being able to enjoy yourself
  • not talking to friends or family
  • eating more, or less

Let us help you…

If any of these feelings or behaviours sound familiar, we can help you. Community Living Well can support you if you are struggling with difficult emotions, such as low mood, stress and anxiety.

What are Talking Therapies?

Can Talking Therapy help me?

Talking Therapies provides a range of support. You can learn ways to improve your wellbeing and have the space to think about your difficulties and find ways to manage them better.

Talking Therapies can also help if you are living with a long-term physical health condition by finding ways to better manage the practical and emotional aspects.
