Wellbeing Workshop, Thorpe Close, Ladbroke Grove
February 3 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
These workshops will focus on tools and techniques we can use to help manage our mental health and improve our wellbeing. We will cover topics such as: Anxiety, Stress, Boundaries, and Confidence Boosting. These workshops will be collaborative approach, using our personal lived experiences as well as wellbeing tools and techniques to encourage better understanding of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, with the goal to better our overall wellbeing. Feedback and suggestions of topics is very welcome and encouraged!
The online and in-person workshops will have the same topics and use the same materials.
The first sessions – Monday 3rd Feb and Wednesday 5th Feb will be introduction sessions. The introduction sessions will provide the outline of the workshops as well as gain a greater understanding of topics the members would like to be on the list. It will be more discussion based then the following week will be the beginning of the actual workshops.
