Mood boost group

We are offering 6 sessions, each for 90 minutes, focusing on Depression. We cover psychoeducation, introducing behavioural activation, different types of activities, setting SMART goals, motivation, relaxation, unhelpful thinking and tips of general wellbeing and how this relates to mood.
