Urgent help if you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis
If you’re worried about your own or someone else’s mental health, and you need urgent support, contact the Central and North West London NHS Trust Single Point of Access (SPA) advice line on 0800 0234 650.
This service is available 24 hours every day of the week and provides advice and guidance. If you feel that there is an immediate risk to you, a friend or relative then please dial 999 or contact your local Accident and Emergency Department.
