DESCRIPTION:A face-to-face intervention at St. Charles \nIt combines behavioural activation\, brief stress management\, eco-mindfulness\, and relaxation with outdoor gardening at our allotment plot with Community Gardener\, Dominic Davies \nAll group members are given a little sprout to take home to watch (hopefully) grow as the sessions progress 🌱 \nAs the group finishes\, interested members are supported to continue gardening by linking them up with local K&C community garden projects (thanks to Dominic’s knowledge & expertise!)  \n\nThese courses are available for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea\, or the Queen’s Park and Paddington areas of Westminster. \nTo be considered for a group you must be registered with the Community Living Well Talking Therapies service. To refer yourself for an assessment with Community Living Well\, where all therapeutic options offered can be explored\, please complete this quick online form or email cnw-tr.clw@nhs.net.
