We are delighted to publish the October 2019 Peer Support Monthly Calendar. We have a wide range of activities and groups on offer this month for our members, with highlights including a trip to the Freud Museum and a weekend visit to Kew Gardens. All our groups are underpinned by the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Active, Connect, Give, Learn and Notice. The October calendar can be found here.
