This is a 4-week group which supports clients in understanding generalised anxiety and how it can impact us on a daily basis. The group aims to support clients to better manage their anxiety by learning different strategies in an interactive way. Clients are not expected or encouraged to discuss personal details of their struggles, and evidence shows that having peers learn together has positive effects for recovery.
