This new ecotherapy group aims to connect people with the natural world, through visits to city farms, to walks through some of London’s wilder areas.

Our first session starts with a mindfulness and animal husbandry session by Stepney City Farm. We will learn how to care for and get to know a variety of animals, including sheep, goats, donkeys, chickens and more.

By connecting with these animals, we will be led in a guided session in mindfulness with a specified ecotherapy practitioner.

When: Wednesday 18 January
Where: Meet outside Ladbroke Grove Station at 10am to depart for the farm at 10:10am
Duration: Approximately 1 hour 30 mins (not including travel)
